Instructions

Step 1
Let spices sit in your choice of dairy free milk for 15 to 30 mins.

Simmer milk and spices in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Next, add the coconut oil and maple syrup, reducing the heat to low, and then continuing to cook until warm; about 5-10 minutes, because the longer you go, the stronger the flavour will be.

Then remove from the heat, strain into your favourite mug and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Step 5
If you have a milk frother, use this for a nice foamy top. Sip and enjoy before bedtime.
