Instructions

Step 1
Cook your Roast ( slow or pressure. I will be doing pressure) Bake potatoes ( I will use air fryer) Coat them with oil and salt 400 degrees 25 min to cool then cut the tops off Scoop out place in bowl add butter and cream, salt and pepper, butter seasoning. Add a 1/2 cup of sour cream and mix well. Put skins on baking sheet and fill 60% with mixture. Shred up meat and add to potatoes add carrots if you want with the meat.
