Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Spray 7 inch tart try or 6/7 inch spring foam pan.
Step 3
Melt chocolate with butter in a sauce pan on stove until smooth.
Step 4
Add sugar and salt. Reduce heat to low. Cook on low 1 minute until sugar dissolves.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Whisk in one egg at a time. Then add vanilla.
Step 6
Add cocoa little bits at a time until all incorporated.
Step 7
Pour in greased pan and bake 25 minutes. Don't over bake!!
Step 8
Cool for 15 minutes.
