and have been craving this since! Such an easy simple meal or snack for when you don’t feel like turning on the oven or stove in the hot summer months! You can definitely make this more of a poke style, I called this a ceviche because I let the tuna cook/sit in the lime juice for an hour before serving.
Adjust the measurements to your liking! I love mango so I did equal parts mango and tuna but everything is up to you! Measure with your heart 😁 To make this dish even easier I only used ONE seasoning for the entire thing!

1 cup diced mango
1 cup diced ahi tuna
1/2 cup diced avocado
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce
Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon of
Chipotle seasoning
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour
