½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
½ cupunsalted butter
1 cupgranulated sugar
3eggs
½ tspvanilla extract
½ cupwhole milk

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 12 mini loaf tins. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped Oreos.
Divide the batter evenly among the 12 tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the tres leches mixture by combining the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Oreos in a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined. Once the cakes are completely cooled, use a fork to poke several holes into the top of each cake. Slowly pour the tres leches mixture over each cake, allowing it to soak in. You may need to pour in stages, giving the liquid time to absorb. Refrigerate the soaked cakes for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. For the whipped cream topping, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread the whipped cream on top of each soaked cake. Garnish each cake with a mini Oreo cookie. Serve the Mini Chocolate Oreo Tres Leches Cakes chilled, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
