Pumpkin scones
Using up leftover pumpkin so first I boiled my leftover pumpkin. I then mashed the pumpkin and stored it in the fridge. I will also store some in the freezer for another day.

Step 1
Mix altogether in mixer except the egg white.
Step 2
Flour your surface and flatten your dough.
Step 3
Using a scone cutter cut out 12/13 scones.
Step 4
Brush on the egg white
Step 5
Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for bout 20/25
