6 steps
Prep:15minCook:45min
An easy flan recipe made with only 6 simple ingredients! This creamy custard dessert is topped with caramel and is popular in Mexico, Spain, and Latin America. This flan has a rich, toasted sugar caramel flavor from the topping and the base tastes very milky, perfectly sweet, and lightly eggy. It is similar to creme brulee, but texturally they are quite different
