Instructions
Step 1
Heat a deep casserole dish on a high heat with a little drizzle of olive oil and the pork mince.


Step 2
Cook for a few mins until lightly golden, stirring regularly, then stir in the kimchi.

Step 3
Pour in the stock and bring to the boil.

Step 4
Meanwhile mix the flour and water into a smooth dough with a fork.


Step 5
Pull of little pieces of dough and roll to form dumplings then drop them straight into the broth.
Step 6
Add the vegetables and bring back to the boil.

Step 7
Stir in the soy, red wine vinegar and chilli oil and season to taste.





Step 8
Whip the eggs and stir into the broth for 30 seconds until cooked through.

Step 9
Serve with a drizzle of chilli oil if desired.
