Step 1
Slice dry chili into half, dice garlic and ginger, slice scallion, set aside. Slice pork belly into small strips, slice picked cabbage into small strips or use sauerkraut;

Heat up a pot, add in cooking oil to warm up. Stir in sliced pork belly to cook on medium heat, slowly cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Heat up cooking oil, further add in diced garlic and ginger and chili to stir fry, put in sliced pickled cabbage/ sauerkraut to mix, stir fry for a couple of minutes until it releases the sour aroma.

Quickly add in water(approximately 1000ml), bring pot to boil. Once it starts boiling, add in golden brown pork belly to mix, simmer on medium heat for 15 minute or so. Season with salt(as needed),chicken powder and garnish with green scallion, serve warm.
