Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan.

Step 2
Combine 4 dry ingredients well in medium bowl.
Step 3
In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring just to combine.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients alternating with bananas to large bowl, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Stir until all is well incorporated.
Step 5
Add batter to bread mold. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in centre of loaf comes out clean.
