Instructions

Step 1
Put the dates in warm water

Whisk the sugars, coconut cream and peanut butter together in a big bowl

Add the apricots and stir well

Add the shredded coconut, baking powder and chocolate and stir once again

Pour the mixture in a baking dish of your choice

Remove the dates from the water and slice them thinly. Then put them on top

Turn on your oven at 155°C on convection mode

Cook for 29 minutes

Let it cool down before slicing
