Everyone is obsessed with biscoff and this no-bake biscoff layered cheesecake cup is my absolute favorite, especially for parties/gatherings!

Step 1
Using an electric mixer, cream your softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and biscoff butter until mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Gradually add your cold heavy cream and beat on low until it’s fully combined. Increase power to high and continue to beat until stiff peaks are formed. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a medium attachment tip and let it chill in the fridge while we assemble the rest.
Step 3
Grind your biscoff cookies in a food processor and set aside. Melt more biscoff butter in the microwave, and that will be for the final topping.
Step 4
To assemble, layer the ground biscoff cookies and the cream based on your liking/cup size. Top with biscoff butter, and enjoy!
