Instructions
Step 1
Remove root end and cut Brussels Sprouts into bite-size pieces
Step 2
Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt
Make vinaigrette while Brussels roast:
combine 1/2 c olive oil with zest and juice from 2 lemons and fresh ground black pepper
Step 3
Roast at 400 for 25 minutes
Step 4
Remove from oven and dress with vinaigrette
