200gsugar

150gmilk powder
100gground walnuts and almonds

1 Tbsprose water

1 tspcardamom powder

pistachios
Chopped, for garnish, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Put the sugar and water in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer to thicken the syrup.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and add the rose water, cardamom, nuts and milk powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the hot fudge into a greased tray or dish. Sprinkle on some chopped pistachios and leave for about an hour to cool.
Step 4
When the fudge has gone cold cut it while still in the tray by drawing a knife through it.
