Instructions

Step 1
Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste to the chicken.
Step 2
While chicken is cooking prepare pasta according to directions.
Step 3
Spray a 9 x 13 pan (or individual pans, I use 30 oz) with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Drain pasta, return to pot.
Step 6
Add (drained) chicken, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and half of crumbled bacon.
Step 7
Stir to mix well.
Step 8
Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Step 9
Top with remaining crumbled bacon and remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 10
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.
