This was one of my husband’s favorite dishes that his aunt made, he insisted that I get the recipe. It is gooood and very creamy.

Instructions
Step 1
Boiled chicken with chopped onion, tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, tsp garlic and tsp poultry seasoning. Boil until done about 30-40 minutes. Save the pot of chicken broth.
Step 2
Remove chicken to cool and 1 c. of chicken broth, reserving for later.
Step 3
When chicken is cooled, remove chicken from bones and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside.
Step 4
In pot with chicken broth boil noodles until done. Drain.
Step 5
In large sauce pan (or in the same pot used for chicken and noodles) blend together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, broth, hot sauce, additional salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Heating on medium bringing to a gentle boil. Add cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.
Step 6
Add chicken and noodles one at a time to sauce. Blending well.
Step 7
Pour into 9x13 dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Step 8
Bake at 350 until bubbling about 45 minutes.
