A gorgeous well balanced salad that can easily stand alone. Lovey and light and full of beautiful flavours. A family favourite served with with chilli soya honey fillet.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook and cool the rice vermicille and set aside.
Step 2
Make the dressing.
Step 3
Place noodles in heaps around the platter and gently toss half the dressing through the rice noodles.
Step 4
Arrange the salad ingredients on top of the noodles and drizzle the remaining dressing over the platter.
Step 5
Top with pink pickled ginger, herbs and toasted black sesame seeds.
