Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Line a tin 28x18cm, 6cm deep with parchment paper
Step 3
In a bowl, break the plain and milk chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter. Allow to cool slightly

In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence
Step 5
Roughly chop the white chocolate. Whisk the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour, pinch of salt, and white chocolate
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in the oven for 40mins until the top is crisp and pale and the centre is almost set
Step 7
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack in the tin. Then cut into 20 squares.
