Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C
Step 2
Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil spray.
Step 3
Line with parchment paper (or baking paper); set aside.
Step 4
Combine melted butter, oil and sugar together in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 5
Whisk well for about a minute.
Step 6
Add the eggs and vanilla; beat until lighter in colour (another minute).
Step 7
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, hot chocolate powder and salt.
Step 8
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until JUST combined (do NOT over beat as doing so well affect the texture of your brownies).
Step 9
Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top out evenly.
Step 10
Spoon peanut butter on to and using a cocktail stick, make swirls on top

Sprinkle lightly with salt
Step 12
Bake for approx. 22 minutes
Step 13
Remove and allow cooling to room temperature before slicing into 16 brownies.
