Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Cut chicken into slices 1.5-2 inches thick (tenders). Place in a baking dish and season with salt/pepper.

Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, and lemon zest. Stir in melted butter and spread mixture over chicken.
