Instructions

Step 1
Spray egg bite mold with nonstick spay
Step 2
Use stick blender to mix ingredients and place in egg bite mold. Fill each mold about half full to allow for the eggs to puff up
Step 3
Place mold in instant pot and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes
Step 4
Add salt and pepper when serving
Step 5
Place in refrigerator for up to 3 days
