This is the simplest and easiest one ingredient dessert. Baking marshmallows, any flavor, at a low heat create a crispy crunchy marshmallows cookie. I use them in dessert and by themselves they satisfy your sweet tooth without a lot of calories

spread marshmallows out onto a parchment line baking sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour. Let cool and break into bite size pieces. Add to desserts or eat alone. It makes the perfect low calorie, crunchy cookie dessert
