Instructions
Step 1
In a heatproof bowl, combine ingredients and whisk until incorporated.



Step 2
Cover the bowl with a plate or cling wrap and microwave fora minute. Take it out and stir it. Do this 3 times but for the 3rd time, microwave for 30 seconds instead.
Step 3
Dust a flat surface with cornstarch and seperate the mochi into even pieces. Don't knead the mochi.
Step 4
Add filling to the mochi and fold and pinch all the sides. Repeat for all pieces of mochi.
