Instructions
Step 1
Slice your mango, avoiding the seed. Place them in the fridge.

Step 2
In a bowl, add 70g glutinous rice flour, 30g sugar and 90ml of hot water. Mix until you get a thick and paste-y texture.



Step 3
Cover with saran wrap and poke several holes. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Take it out of the microwave and pound on the mochi mixture with a spatula. (It's very hot so please be careful!)
Step 5
On a board, sprinkle some corn starch. Place the mochi mixture and make sure to get some corn starch on your hands.

Step 6
Start flattening the mixture. Once it's flat, use a rolling pin or any roller and even out the sides making sure it's pretty flat.
Step 7
Once it's flat, slice the mochi dough into half. Place half a mango in the middle and cover it. Pinch it together and gently mold it. Cut off any excess.
Step 8
Enjoy!
