Guiness Glazed Salmon

Instructions

Step 1
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sautee onion once the oil is hot.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red chili pepper.
Step 3
Add Guinness, and simmer.
Step 4
Add brown sugar and honey, simmer, and stir for about 15 minutes until thickened.
Step 5
Let it cool, and put it into a jar.
Step 6
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook salmon by air fryer, 390F, for about 7-10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with lettuce leaves and grapes. Pour Guinness glaze on the salmon.
