1 tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce

1 inchfresh ginger root
peeled and grated, if you buy a large root, you can freeze whatever is leftover 1 place the leftover root whole in my freezer

3cloves garlic
peeled and minced

1 poundfrozen green beans

Instructions
Step 1
Materials 1 gallon-sized plastic freezer bag
Step 2
Prep Label your freezer bag.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in gallon-sized plastic freezer bag.
Step 4
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and lay flat in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Step 5
Cook Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Step 6
Dump into crockpot and cook on "low" setting for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 7
Serve with quinoa, brown rice, or potatoes.
