I had some cottage cheese I didn't like. It tasted so chalky. So I made this. Super good and pretty low sugar. It can be made sugar free by substituting your sweetener of choice and using a bit of dissolved unflavored gelatin instead of the jam. I didn't measure anything so adjust as you see fit. Enough kefir or yogurt to make it creamy and smooth, for example.
