Step 1
In a medium sized pot, boil the water and 1/2 cup butter over a cooktop, on medium heat, until rapid boil. Take pot off burner and turn if the element.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup butter, black pepper and the salt. Mix until all of it has been thoroughly combined, and mixed.

Sauté the minced garlic and the onions, with butter. Sauté until the onions are a glazed brownish colour. When done turn off all element(s) and take pan off the stove.

Mix the Water mixture, BBQ mixture, sautéed onions and garlic together in one large bowl. This will be the sauce for the ribs.

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take the rack of ribs from the fridge, and place on a baking sheet with foil. Using a brush, spread the BBQ mixture over the ribs until completely covered.

Once done with the paste, fold the extra flaps of foil to completely cover the ribs. Then place the baking sheet in the oven. Set timer to 90 minutes (1 hour 30 mins).
