½ cupHu Gems
dairy free chocolate chips
½ cupcashew butter
or any nut butter
¼ cupcoconut oil
2 Tbspalmond milk
½ cupcoconut sugar
1 tspvanilla
1egg
½ cupcassava flour
½ tspbaking soda
¼ tspsea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 375°
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter. Coconut oil, egg, coconut sugar, almond milk and vanilla
Step 3
Beat with hand mixer until well combined.
Step 4
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and then beat to incorporate.
Step 5
Fold in Hu Gems
Step 6
Scoop onto liner baking sheet, about 2 tbsp each cookie. Leave space for spreading.
Step 7
Bake 12 to 15 mins at 375°, until golden on edges.
Step 8
Remove from oven and let cool 10 mins, before transferring to cooling rack.
