Slowcooker Pesto, Parmesan, Garlic Chicken & Potatoes πŸ— (483 cals a serving) You would never ever think this came from a Slowcooker. Juicy chicken with potatoes cooked in garlic, pesto, parmesan and chicken juices. Absolutely unreal. This recipe served 3 as the chicken breasts were HUGE but weighed 500g. Link in bio πŸ“• Recipe πŸ‘‡πŸ» To your Slowcooker add - 500g cubed potatoes πŸ₯” - I used - 500g chicken πŸ— I got these huge ones from (Coat the chicken in a Tsp of paprika or Cajun and seal for 1 min on a pan) - 2 tbsp of pesto of your choice, I used πŸ… - 1 tsp rosemary - 2 tbsp half fat butter, I used - 5 crushed garlic cloves πŸ§„ - Salt and pepper - 10g Parmesan then 10g for topping the bowls Method 1. Add the potatoes, pesto, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to the Slowcooker 2. Add in 2 tsp of butter 3. Coat your chicken in a tsp of Cajun or paprika and pan fry for 1 min each side just to seal it 4. Add the chicken on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan and cook on high for 3 hours 5. Instructions

Step 1
(Coat the chicken in a Tsp of paprika or Cajun and seal for 1 min on a pan)
Step 2
1. Add the potatoes, pesto, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to the Slowcooker

2. Add in 2 tsp of butter
Step 4
3. Coat your chicken in a tsp of Cajun or paprika and pan fry for 1 min each side just to seal it
Step 5
4. Add the chicken on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan and cook on high for 3 hours
Step 6
5. Serve up and sprinkle with more Parmesan
