Ingredients
2 servings
4 scrab cluster
large
4Mini corn cobs
1 linkSmoked sausage
large, sliced in rounds on bias
2 sticksbutter
2 Tbsponion powder
2 Tbspgarlic powder
2 TbspOrig Creole Seasoning
1 Tbspparsley flakes
1 tspitalian seasoning
1 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 Tbsporange pepper seasoning
2 TbspOld Bay
2 Tbspcrab and shrimp boil
or 2-3 Tbsp Seafood Magic
3 Tbspminced garlic
20 ozOrange Crush soda
10new potatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil (for the potatoes).
Step 2
Add the butter, all of the dry ingredients, and the minced garlic to a large 13x9" glass baking dish. Set oven to 350. Place dish in oven while it is heating until the butter is melted.

While the dish is in the oven, par-boil the potatoes (5 minutes) and drain.
Step 4
Add crab clusters and orange soda to dish with spices, enough to cover or almost cover the crab clusters. Brush the seasoning liquid over the crabs. Add other seafood (may need to add later in cooking process depending on the food item), corn, potatoes and/or sausage. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
After 15-20 minutes remove dish, turn crabs, and baste with seasoning liquid. Cover with foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Check. May need an additional 15-20 minutes. Seasoning mixture should be hot and bubbling a bit.
Step 7
Remove seafood from the seasoning mix. Serve and eat!
