Instructions
Step 1
COMBINE flour, cocoa, Oatmeal, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract & water in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased (or parchment lined) baking sheets.
Step 2
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are puffy and look dry.
Step 3
Cool on baking sheets for 3 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
