Instructions

Step 1
In the instant pot add water, chicken broth, and seasonings.
Step 2
Then add the noodles and place the butter on top ( if the water and chicken broth do not cover the noodles then add more of either water or chicken broth)
Step 3
Put the lid on and set the instant pot to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes
Step 4
Quick release and then mix in the heavy whipping cream and cheese and then enjoy
