A tomato based soup with flavors similar to a spaghetti sauce. Please note that I eyeball this recipe when I make it. The measurements here may be incorrect, but should be close and easy to adapt to your taste!

Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground beef with chopped onions and garlic in the pot you will use for the soup. Drain fat once cooked through.
Step 2
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, seasonings, and bullion to the pot with cooked beef. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer at medium-low heat.
Step 3
Add celery and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are fork tender.
Step 4
Add canned green beans and let warm through, then serve with your favorite crusty bread!
