Basic Overnight Chia Pudding

This is a very basic overnight chia pudding recipe that I plan on tweeking as I experiment with other ingredients.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Add chia seeds to a bowl or container 2. Add the coconut and oat milk 3. Stir until thoroughly mixed (all chia seeds have been submerged and none floating dry on top) 4. Wait 8-10 minutes, then look for any clumps of chia seeds and stir again until all clumps are broken up - you can also judge if you need more oat milk/make sure the consistency is to your liking. Remember - too little liquid and the seeds will get crunchy 5. Add vanilla, agave (or sweetner of choice) and cinnamon to taste. This can also be done in the morning. 6. Refrigerate in a closed container overnight and enjoy for breakfast!
