Instructions
Step 1
In a stand mixer add all ingredients except cream cheese and knead for 8 minutes on medium speed then add the cream cheese and further knead for 15 minutes still on medium speed.
Step 2
Next mould and place in a warm place to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Next divid into 15 equals and place in a baking dish cover and proof for 2 1/2 hours
Step 4
Next dust with a little flour and bake in a preheated oven for 22 minutes on 150c
Step 5
Now remove allow to cool and enjoy.
