Step 1
1. Wash bag of pre thawed small shrimp.
Step 2
2. Cut the shrimp into 0.5 - cm pieces (If the shrimp are very small, don't cut). You need to be able to taste shrimp in every bite.

3. Dice celery or you can also buy pre-diced from most grocery stores.

4. Combine the celery and shrimp in a bowl and set aside.

5. In another big bowl, big enough to add in the shrimp mixture at a later time. Now blend the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt and pepper thoroughly.

6. Add the shrimp mixture into the mayonnaise mixture bowl.

7. Cover the bowl and sit in the refrigerator while you make a salad.

8. In an extra-large bowl pour in shredded lettuce and tomato wedges. Mix well.

9. Place shrimp mixture on top of lettuce.
