APPLE CINNAMON ROLL MUG CAKE šŸŽ Here’s a quick and easy single-serving, nut-free dessert or anytime snack that you guys will love! ⁣ ⁣ Here’s how to make it:⁣ Step 1: Chop up 1/2 of an apple. Toss with cinnamon and sautĆ© over low heat in a touch of coconut oil and maple syrup. Set aside once soft and brown.⁣ ⁣ Step 2: In a mug or microwave safe bowl, whisk together the following:⁣ ⁣ 1 1/2 TB coconut flour⁣ 1/2 TSP baking powder⁣ 1 TB coconut sugar⁣ 1/2 TSP cinnamon⁣ 1 egg⁣ 1 TB almond milk⁣ 1/2 TSP vanilla extract⁣ ⁣1 TB melted coconut oil⁣ ⁣ Step 3: Add apples on top, then microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or bake at 350 for 12 minutes.⁣ ⁣ Step 4 (Optional): To make a glaze; whisk together 3 TB powdered sugar with 1/2 TSP water.
