Hereās how to make it:ā£
Step 1: Chop up 1/2 of an apple. Toss with cinnamon and sautĆ© over low heat in a touch of coconut oil and maple syrup. Set aside once soft and brown.ā£

Step 2: In a mug or microwave safe bowl, whisk together the following:ā£

1 1/2 TB coconut flourā£
1/2 TSP baking powderā£
1 TB coconut sugarā£
1/2 TSP cinnamonā£
1 eggā£
1 TB almond milkā£
1/2 TSP vanilla extractā£
ā£1 TB melted coconut oilā£
ā£
Step 3: Add apples on top, then microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or bake at 350 for 12 minutes.ā£

Step 4 (Optional): To make a glaze; whisk together 3 TB powdered sugar with 1/2 TSP water. Then drizzle on top.ā£
