Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Wisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.

Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil with the dry ingredients

Stir constantly while pouring in the hot water so the eggs don't start cooking.
Step 5
Pour into desired baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
