Preheat oven to 350F.⁠ ⁠ 2. In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and cold yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.⁠ ⁠ 3. Turn out onto a floured surface and gently knead into a ball. Add more flour as needed until no longer sticky.⁠ ⁠ 4. Divide into 8 dough balls and place onto a greased cast iron skillet or sheet pan. Cut a small slit on the tops of the rolls.⁠ ⁠ 5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter, if you’d like.⁠ ⁠ Enjoy!❤️
