For the butter mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Step 2
Mix everything until combined. Cover and let rest for ten min, then go back and knead for about 5 min. Repeat three times or until the dough is smooth.






Step 3
Let rest for about two hours or until doubled in size.
Step 4
Punch out the air and divide dough into 16 balls. Roll out each ball into a circle fill with your cheese of choice, fold it closed and shape into ball
Step 5
Line your baking tray with the dough balls, cover and let rest for 30 min.

Step 6
In the meantime, prepare butter mixture by mixing ingredients




Step 7
Brush the butter over the rolls, then bake at 350 for 25-30 min!
