Instructions
Step 1
Coat 21cm baba cake pan with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl of electric mixer, beat on low speed until ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Then, beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth and changed in colour.
Step 4
Pour and spread mixture into prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake in moderate oven about 50 minutes.
Step 6
Turn onto wire rack to cool.
Step 7
Dust cold cake with sifted icing sugar, if desired.
