Instructions

Step 1
Cream butter, eggs and brown sugar. Add flour gradually. Also vanilla extract. Keep dough easy to handle, do not make it stiff.
Step 2
Roll into little balls (.50-.75 in). Heat cookie iron.
Step 3
Flatten a ball and place in iron to cook.
Step 4
Turn out on parchment paper on a board to cool.
Step 5
Do not pile but stagger after cooling. Can be placed in a sturdy tin after, but do not cover tightly. I use foil and punch a few holes in it.
