Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together before incorporating the wet. Work with a wooden spoon at first and then your hands until a smooth dough is formed
Step 2
Oil the bowl slightly and cover with a damp towel. Let it rise for 1-2 hours. Form small balls the size of a golf ball with the dough and roll them out into beaver tail shape.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a deep pan or a fryer. Fry on both sides until golden brown. After draining of the excess oil pat it in cinnamon sugar and serve warm
