Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Lay chicken pieces over entire sheet, spacing them evenly.
Step 3
Spoon mayonnaise onto the top of each piece of chicken, spreading it evenly onto the entire top surface.
Step 4
Next, sprinkle seasoning evenly over the surface of the chicken pieces (over the mayo). Follow that up with a layer of panko. And finally the seasoning.
Step 5
Place chicken on middle rack in preheated oven and bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with salad or steamed veggies and a carb.
