Instructions
Step 1
Spread the chips in the dish, making sure they are evenly distributed. Some chips should be set aside for later dipping. Drain can of tomatoes and chiles of water then spread evenly over top of the chips. Spread shredded cheese blend evenly on top of tomatoes and chiles.
Step 2
Optional: Microwave the dish to melt the cheese
Step 3
Spread sour cream on top of cheese layer with back of spoon. Sprinkle diced green onions on top of sour cream.
