Step 1
Whisk 1/2 the milk and yogurt with the flour. Heat remaining milk over medium heat just until it reaches boiling. Reduce heat and add the milk, yogurt and flour mixture stir until incorporated and thickened. Add remaining ingredients stir and remove from heat. Cover with lid until ready to serve with seafood and pasta of your choice.
