Instructions

Step 1
Add 40 grams of the butter to a pan and melt then whisk on the flour until smooth and slowly start adding hot chicken broth whisking until smooth . Set this aside

Add the remaining butter to a pan on medium heat then sauté the onion for 5 minutes . Add the sliced mushrooms cook for a few minutes then add the wine and pepper . Let the alcohol evaporate for two minutes then pour in the creamy sauce
