Step 1
Select the sauté setting, medium heat, on your Instant Pot
Step 2
Heat oil for 1 minute and add onion, carrot, celery, jalapeno and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add ground meat and continue to sauté until cooked through.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Step 5
Cancel the sauté setting and lock the lid into place. Select the beans/chili setting and set time for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Allow heat to release slowly (10 minutes).
Step 7
Release any remaining pressure carefully and remove the lid. Stir and serve with corn chips!
