Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line with parchment paper.

2. Melt butter in microwave and put cup in refrigerator while browning sausage.

3. Brown and drain sausage and let it cool while getting other ingredients put together.

4. Combine melted butter, eggs, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and whisk together.

5. Stir together almond flour, salt, italian seasoning, parm, and baking powder and add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.

6. Add drained browned sausage. Mix well. I mix it with my hands until it’s combined.

7. Use a cookie scooper to evenly make 24 balls.

8. Bake for 16 minutes until brown.
